Using travis cronjob feature – job would run once each day.

Readme:

• add a date for current release
• add a date for the next release

Scripts:

• script for detection whether current day needs an action
  • action is needed on the day of release and week before release
    • week before release script should update week type
    • on the day of release: update the week type, and dates for current and next releases
• script for updating dates
• script for pushing update to repo (since whole git history is needed, it would need to be downloaded)

Travis:

• integrate scripts

Scripts probably should be implemented using sed's Addresses feature, using line numbers.
