Consider using GrandIsoExecutor?
Hi @qeaneH — congrats on the recent paper, it was very interesting to read!
I noticed you're using the NetworkXExecutor here:

The GrandIsoExecutor executor (built in to dotmotif) is dramatically faster (many orders of magnitude!) and might be a good drop-in replacement. If you have the latest version of DotMotif installed, you should be able to replace it without any other modifications to your code. Under the hood, it uses the grandiso library, more details and benchmarks in that repo :)
Happy to help you debug the switch if that's helpful; I think you'll find that it is a HUGE speedup!
