This module makes it easy to leverage PowerShell to automate tasks in Manage and can be easily installed from the PowerShellGallery

Install-Module 'ConnectWiseManageAPI'

If you are having issues accessing the PowerShell Gallery check out my repair script

As of 8/14/2019 ConnectWise requires the use of a Client ID to interact with the API.

The Wiki has some great information on how to get started with the module.
