Coding for hospital in paletto

hi im new to coding but have been trying to add another checking and beds for a hospital in paletto and cant figure it out

Hi I want to change the Hosptial Locations to another MLO but when i change the coordinates nothing is happening and the script is broke

I would like to have a clear Documentation about how to change Locations, Menu Locations Spawns etc.

A good method should be an commented Config File that we can change completly and doesnt break up the script

Ambulance Does Not Appear

Hello, I have configured everything and looked at the code and realized that the marker for the Ambulance Jobs Garage does not appear at the locations you specify. I was wondering what might be wrong with the code.

[BUG] teleportation on death

Describe the bug
If you die by normal means or by slaying yourself while your in a car it waits till your not moving anymore then teleports you to the place you initially died at

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Be in any vehicle
  2. Slay yourself or die by normal means

Expected behavior
Expect to not teleport on death being dead on where your character traveled

[BUG] new notify function notifies every time players log in to the server

Describe the bug

 I put the new function TriggerServerEvent('hospital:server:ambulanceAlert', 'Citizen Down') in the dead.lua at line 29.  It notifies when a player goes down and is bleeding out, but it also notifies every time someone logs in and spawns into the server. It should only notify when a player is downed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
put TriggerServerEvent('hospital:server:ambulanceAlert', 'Citizen Down') in dead.lua at line 29
have player login
get death notification

Expected behavior
This should only notify when a player is downed and not when they login

I've tried the line in both the dead.lua and the laststand.lua in several places. It was suggested through support that line 29 in dead.lua would be the best place to put it.

Problem with pillbox

i add a pilbox script to the framework and the default doors are still there and are preventing anyone for doing the job and healing players, how do i fix this?

Death timer

When changing the Config.Deathtime no matter what value I put it stays at 400 seconds for me

I feel like I'm not changing the right thing so if so please correct me aha

remove last stand

Would removing laststand.lua remove the laststand option all together. I cannot seem to be able to grab the correct information for my webhook in the laststands..

Log system problem

When you crush someone with the vehicle, it throws wrong, also when you kill someone, it logs in the 2nd animation, I would be happy if you fix this.

While dead you can use voicechat, radio, commands, emotes

Describe the feature you'd like
Blacklist all of these interactions, or at least if you are truly dead, and not in the Last Stand / Bleed out stage. You can call 911, speak, use emotes or at least the hotkeys for hands up, and point. If you are lying on the floor dead or/and during Bleedout, Talk, Sets of commands (do not disable the chat because /do commands are important during death), emotes must be disabled.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A dead person musn't use these functions. However in the bleedout stage maybe it should be allowed. It makes sense, because you are not dead and not unconscious.

1 - Car Log Bug

System not sending notifications when crushing another player

2 - Death Log

It sends the system message to be sent from the 1st animation only after the player enters the 2nd animation, it must be sent in the first animation.

3 - Fall Log

When a player falls from a height, it throws a vague system message or does not throw at all.

Enhancement idea, the job really doesnt make a lot of fun atm, cause some things aren't quite well done.

-You can't put people in the vehicle, when they're not dead or cuffed.
-Strecher is a mess with doors.
-People go into revive state, when they lay on the bed, would be better, if thats not the case for rp and they dont have to use a animation themselves.
-animations could be better, for the work menu escort isnt the best for a medic, make it over the shoulder like kidnap.
-when you play the whole job for rp so without everything automatic, it's just a bit bad if not really bad, to put it that way.

Making this script better for real roleplay. Its a really important feature on any good server and it makes no fun to play this job.

Many people voiced their opinion on my server, sometimes it just doesnt work. It's not really consistent.

--> If someone is handcuffed, and they die, they would still have handcuffs on upon respawning at the hospital.

--> I believe that if someone dies with handcuffs on, upon respawning at the hospital, the handcuffs should be automatically removed. I know EMS or police can uncuff, however, if there is no one on duty, then the player is running around with handcuffs on.

I also thought about a criminal getting away with handcuffs and dies. However, this would be a sticky discussion

Markers do not appear after the device by the doctor

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set myself up a doctor job (/setjob [id] ambulance 2)
Installed hospital interior
I went to the places where the markers should be
Examined the code and suggested that the problem is in the new method isLoggedIn = LocalPlayer.state['isLoggedIn']

Npc bug

When the npc comes near the dead person, it does not turn around on its own and enter the phone animation.

[BUG] qb-adminmenu (godmode) conflicts with qb-ambulance job, any quickfix I can do?

Enabling godmode through the qb-adminmenu doesn't prevent bleedout from the pq-ambulancejob script.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
With admin permissions>
/admin in console>admin options>godmode

Get into a vehicle and slam into something as fast as you can. You will be forced into the bleedout animation and still be able to die.

Expected behavior
Invincibility should negate all damage

[SUGGESTION] hospital name to config.lua and .loacl file

code so the name of the hospital is written in config.lua it makes it easier to change the name, for people who do not have the great knowledge in coding, not everyone uses the pillbox hospital .. possibly. think in lanes where you make .loacl file so all labels can be corrected in one place to also make it easier to work with for end user when it comes to updates.

I myself do not use pillbox hospital as we on our server want something different

qb-ambulancejob > config.lua > checkin issue

Hows it going, are you able to configure the checkin's into 2 different places please

I tried configuring it myself, but with how the code is written out, when I put more than 1 location, then the checkin just stops working over all. Are you able to configure it so we can have 2 checkings (like 1 at pillbox and 1 in sandy shores?)

Would be great if you could write a script that allows the stretcher to put into the vehicle. Or if it is already implemented, currently it doesen't work!

[BUG] GODMode / No Death After Revival at Pillbox Hospital

Describe the bug
When a player is shot and killed, then taken to PillBox hospital him or her would become glitched in God Mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Have a person mag dump you
  2. Be transported to PillBox
  3. Revive at the station
  4. walkout
  5. get shot
  6. don't die

Expected behaviour
This bug I am not 100% certain is 100% persistent or if it's just a random every so often issue, but we've experienced this a few times thus far and wanted to make sure it was just reported.

^ Twitch Clip - Guy with Black Cowboy Hat with Red Undershirt was just recently killed, brought to Hospital, Revived at the station, upon revival he then walked out. The rival person arrived at PIllbox then initiated gunfire, he would not die while being shot in the head. Admins arrived on the scene tried to gun him down he would not die. Unless we killed him via the Admin Menu and then Revived him he would then die.

Additional context
We do not have anything custom wise done to this build that would interfere with Hospital Operations, we've updated QB-AmbulanceJob to more Recent with iFaks implementation.

SUGGESTION Move Blips to the config.lua

It could be really nice if you moved blips into the config file. so they are generated in the same way as in policejob it makes it easier if one like me has set up server to have 3-4 places people can get to the hospital.

it is a correction that I myself make every time an update comes to the job. but I have to enter client / main.lua myself. if it was in config it would just make the work of updating to new version much easier.

Describe the bug
I take an elevator to the roof , try to spawn a heli, it spawns but i´m not inside . and i have no key for it.
after /dv there is no elevator and no spawnpoint anymore
