Needs tests.

I wrote this thing to mainly check for SSL expiration dates but it could certainly be expanded to test for other SSL anomalies such as a mismatch hostname, missing CA cert, etc. As it is, it may error on some such issues but I have not tested for such.

Needs better documentation to more clearly outline how to set up in Nagios, both XI and free versions.
