Experiment with --jobs option

test/framework/bin.bats uses relative paths to framework/ in several places. In test/run.sh, this requires work-arounds, and hinders changing the container working directory to /opt/sdd. The latter would leverage using standard bash path completion when specifying custom test targets (test/run.sh test/apps/sdd.bats instead of ... apps/sdd.bats).

E.g. little verbose by default; and showing any internal program output with --verbose
