Dicom Database

under development

docs/img/dicom-database.png

This is a simple web application for sending and receiving dicom datasets, a simplified version of sendit. It is optimized for the following:

  • import of pydicom/dicom-datasets (under development?)
  • using pynetdicom3 to send and receive
  • visualization of images

For module and modality specific docs and setup instructions, see our documentation. If anything is missing documentation please open an issue

dicom-database's Issues

add nice image viewer

the user should be able to select one or more images, and then view them by clicking through. Or perhaps browse around, have an "add to cart" sort of functionality, and then go to the viewer to "checkout," heh.

Github still underdevelopment?

Hey I am looking to implement this into a flask app for prototyping a idea.

I was wondering what are the key differences between this and sendit because I want to deploy my flask app code on a real server.

Right now I am using SQLAlchemy for database stuff.

Thanks for your time
