Not needed in normal use. Might be needed when using high fps stream and thousands of simultaneous clients.

When caching is enabled, revisiting demo-page shows only last cached image and doesn't start reloading images.

Currently somewhere between 70% and 85%.

Using small timeout values (~5 sec or less) causes unexpected timeouts.
Find out why lastconn doesn't get updated properly. Probably has something to do with lastConnLock.
