Finish work on lockItems function

This way it can be used so I can add smaller locks to low tier endery conduits and properly have the food locks on things like rice bread, but not have them require tech.

Current implementation doesn't support having it adding on to the baseline. I will probably have it take another parameter of a map of items to their additional requirements.

Update Better Questing

So that on multiplayer the quest claimed progress does not get reset when a new person joins the party. Also will have to update the theme once the custom theme stuff updates.

Unlock Project EX personal link

As of version 1.2.0 the personal link is locked so as to not be use able. Putting an item in the output slot allows you to create more of that item without having it learned, or meeting the requirements for it.

This issue is mainly so I remember to unlock it after(/if) a config/event is added.

Lava

Try to make blazes spawn everywhere in the nether, and then disable world transmutation of obsidian to lava.

Increase drop chance even more with looting

Currently 50% chance of dropping resources with no looting, and 74% with looting 3, given how much lapis it takes to get looting 3 I think increasing it to 100% or near 100% at looting 3 may make more sense.

At the very least make it 100% for villagers given how much of a pain it is to breed them.

little problem with thaumcraft

im trying to create mycelium so i can make mushrooms, and to do that you need to use the alchemy system from thaumcraft, but it doesn't seem to work. i put in obsidian and bread so i should have all the things i need to be able to craft mycelium, but when i throw the grass block in the crucible it just gets added as another ingredient and doesn't craft the mycelium. i don't know if its me that is doing something wrong or is a bug. its the first time im using this mod and i already hating it...

edit. now i have some kind of portal in the middle of my base that doesn't go away...great...really a great mod -.-"

Re-enable island home

Given you can leave the island with /island spawn I probably should re-enable /island home

Fix enrichment chamber recipes

Copper ore is not accepted by the enrichement chamber. So I should go through and figure out what ores are not working with it.

Strange Bug

I was leveling up magic at 27 all my stats went back to 1 in all skills. I kept on clicking and it would not go up. Then out of no where all my stats returned I went to move then the whole game crashed. I got both crash reports here. Also when you hold a stack of clay buckets when it is raining it creates a dupe bug where all your clay buckets are full and still in a stack with extra full buckets in your inventory. Here is the first report.

No way to get bronze

Either add a direct crafting recipe, or figure out what tinkers block lets you use solid fuel, melter I think it is.

Look into using zenClasses in emc_generation scripts

This should be able to clean the scripts up even further by just having it pass things to constructors instead of having duplicate methods. Then it can loop over. Also should test moving the color to the zenclass.

Vis Crystals

Unable to use Vis Crystals for infusions. Says I dont meet the requirements.

Add reqs to a few thaumcraft ingots

I think some of the Thaumcraft ingots returned as emc from essence to emc, don't require the knowledge that is required to make them. Requiring it means to make more they will then have to actually progress through thaumcraft to make more.

Hide items in JEI

I forgot to rehide some things in jei after refactoring emc generation scripts. After #4 make sure to hide everything that should be hidden.
