Current version crashes on start

Hey Puifai, trying to test your newest version of the code, but it crashes on start. CLI popps up for a second but the code immediately crashes and the window closes. Running on windows 8.1 with up to date python Python 2.7.13

Missing quotes in command

Hey Puifai,
In your stitching guide, you have a teraconverter command at the bottom that is missing some quotation marks around the xml_merging.xml

Just wanted you to know the command fails without them.
