Blocks registration for provided usernames and email domains

• Block some user names to be registerd on the site like xxx , owner , spammer , virus
• Block some undesired email domains like xx.xom , xyz.com , me.com etc
• Prevent user from changing his email address
• prevent user from changing his username

This is beta code. It is probably okay for production environments, but may not work exactly as expected. Refunds will not be given. If it breaks, you get to keep both parts.
