Connections can be stored in server associative array. This would lead to better readability of the code. It will also help with handling background job response.

An auto loader could be very usefull in case people don't want to use composer's and just load that library.

Does your net_gearman require PECL Net_Gearman?

Original PEAR library used singleton to handle connection. This singleton makes it hard
to test actually implemented Client and Worker. In order to make these tests work you need
to run them both at same time.

This issue will be removed when connection will be rewritten as a instance used in Worker and Client.

Let's say I have 10 registered workers on a queue. Is there a way to know with this library how many workers are running a function in that moment? (maybe it's 0 or 1 or 2 or the total number, 10).

Currently you can't get result from background tasks.

Creating the exception on
https://github.com/Publero/net_gearman/blob/master/lib/Net/Gearman/Connection.php#L302 failes, the error code can't be text.
