  • I have an interdisciplinary profile in computer science, data science, statistical modelling, machine learning, geography, GIS, remote sensing, bio-ecology and eco-epidemiology
  • I have a PhD from the University of Montpellier, in geospatial data mining for the bio-ecology of mosquitoes vectors of diseases

modisfast's Issues

opendapr fails to build manual and vignettes

Hi @ptaconet,

I am looking for an efficient tool to access (subset and download) PO.DAAC OPeNDAP datasets and thus found opendapr.

Is it still maintained and developed?

Trying to build it using devtools as follows unfortunately throws errers and fails to build the manual and vignettes:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("ptaconet/opendapr", build_vignettes = T, build_manual = T)

Not building the manual and vignettes appears to work fine though:

devtools::install_github("ptaconet/opendapr", build_vignettes = F, build_manual = F)

Please find the output of my sessionInfo() below:

MOD14 and MYD04_L2 are missing (not supported)

It is a very nice and fast tool! Love it!!
But it mentioned:
Currently modisfast supports download of 77 data collections, extracted from the following meta-collections :

MOD14.061 and MYD04_L2.061 are very useful datasets and seem not to be able to use this tool to download.

Also, what if I want to make the Polygen in your example as a box [-180,83,-50,14], could you please tell me how to change it?

Thanks!
