Repo for config file(s) for Prusa MK3(S)(+) and others with Klipper

Please see the wiki for advanced information how we set up Klipper on our Prusa printers.

This repository is meant in general for klipper but has a big focus on Prusa MK3(S)(+) with Klipper. We try to collect here first of all working and complete configurations and these have been build up in a modular way so it would be easy to add or remove something or when we add a specific config for a specific part you wont need to modify your configuration but just include it in your original configuration.

We are still in a setup process but we try to document as much as possible.

The Wiki will be a main guideline on how to flash but also explanations how certain parts work.

Octopus erste Auffälligkeiten

Hier die ersten Auffälligkeiten beim Test des Octopus Boards in Zusammenhang mit der Universal Config

  • "neue" Mesh-Methode deaktivieren
  • probe speed von 1.0 auf 5.0 stellen
  • probe samples auf 5 erhöhen (wie früher?)
  • (oder bei samples_result: average stattdessen auf median? Falls eine Messung falsch ist)
  • Bei Filament-Unload wird der Display-Text hinterher nicht auf "leer" zurückgesetzt

X/Y Homing Current Too Low

On many printers including mine and some other conversations I've seen on discord the homing current set in https://github.com/Prutsium/3D-Druckerplausch-Klipper/blob/main/Klipper_cfg/Prusa_Universal_Config_Revised/Macros/homing.cfg#L3 (same for Y axis) seems to be too low, 130mA doesn't appear to be enough to counteract even small amounts of friction. I raised mine to 0.35 same as nominal current and it seems to resolve the issue - maybe it should be a multiplier that's configurable or some such, but 0.13 doesn't appear to be enough and it takes a lot of debugging to find the cause.

Stuck after flashing

When flashing atmega with your guide, the both of fans spins and this screen appear

But the star indicator is moving left and right.

But

After flashing atmega etc. using kiauh via USB. The star stopped and nothing happend. Screen is stuck and fans keep spinning

Help me please

Einsy pins.cfg

In the pins.cfg for Boards/Einsy/pins.cfg there is a stray comma that causes compile errors as seen below between x_uart_pin and x_tx_pin's entries.

Also this is labeled as octopus_11_tmc2209 instead of something more einsy related like einsy_2130?

Out of range error

I am getting an error
at the start of mesh levelling:

Starting normal Bed Mesh
Move out of range: -14.000 -4.000 5.000 [0.000]

I think this is a problem with the start gcode but not sure how to change it and fix the issue - can you help as I am running your default macros with Superslicer gcode as you suggest in the print_start macro comments
