Use case:

• Big parking place, where there are no individual parking numbers. Ex: underground parking or parking next to an office

My vision of this:
USER:

• User scan QR code (individual per parking)
• see rates
• pick the desired amount of time
• add car licence plate number and pay for this time
• get's a notification when the parking spot is about to expire with an option to extend it
  INSPECTOR:
• get a notification every 30 mins about parking booked/free spots. if all is booked - no need to make an inspection (save resources! )
• get notification about expiring soon parking reservations
• can input a car licence plate number and see when the spot will be expired

Start to write tests for the application.
Implement github action to test run tests and failed to merge branch to main if no test or test are failing

Updated module to use DB connection instead of mocked data
Create a docker-compose
create make files to run the app on local
