Here are some initial thoughts!

• We should specify a .ruby-version
• Setup: add rails server command
• I don't think rack-throttle is necessary
• Add an example of using curl to make sure things are working properly: curl http://localhost:3000/kudos
• We should have more seeds, with many users and kudos. It's really sparse, and doesn't really have enough data to build a front-end for.
• There look to be additional actions that were generated by default, especially for UsersController. What do you think about removing some?

And another consideration:

• I do think it's necessary to host a copy of this. What are your thoughts on how we can host it in a way that candidate's changes don't affect each other?
