Wiki is missing a footer where we can show copyright.

I'd like to change the favicon from the default React logo to the Project Sakura Mascot (maybe a slightly cropped version of the image would be better for the favicon since it should look good at small sizes)

Define linting rules so that all the files are properly linted.

Requirements

• Add .eslintrc.json and .eslintignore and add the linting rules
• Add .prettierrc and .prettierignore and add the linting rules
• Add eslint and prettier as devDependencies in package.json
• Add linting scripts to package.json
