It's based on Kattis' scoring where each problem is worth a certain number of points based on difficulty. We need to make sure that if a solution for a problem is submitted more than once and multiple submissions were accepted that we only count that as one problem solved.

e.g. I submit two versions of a solution for problem reversebinary. Both pass and are accepted. This should only count as one problem solved. We can't just scrape the number of accepted solutions.
