Save state to local storage and rehydrate on reload

Maybe adjust responsiveness with breakpoints or just keep free floating until a max width 🤔

The screenshots created in the PR action only show half of the functionality. One should set up the other half by injecting mock data into the local storage so it will render the farming helper and icons in the top.

Add pre-defined sets of things to track by selecting a character ascension or a weapon ascension (or things like fishing rods)

Challenge: When adding something multiple times or multiple things that require the same resources it should automagically merge them
