There should be senior person approval should be there before sharing the drawing to any supplier.

A mail should go to the supplier informing that the drawing has been shared the him will all the permission info like date etc.

1. Intro context for user information
2. Add two check box for view and date restriction.
3. If the view check box is selected then only the views count field should be shown and it will be mandatory.
4. Same for date if date restriction is set then only the date validation should come.
5. The status should be as follows:
   Status:
   1. Draft
   2. Shared
   3. Expired
6. Item Name should be there in drawing permission document for better understanding of user.

Doctype : Drawing Permission

1. item_code
2. file_name
3. doctype
4. reference_name
5. from_date
6. to_date
7. views
8. allow download

• Create web page for drawing sharing

There can be multiple file in item so we can create table for that.

1. Make child table with field path name and views & download option.
2. so we can manage every view and download according to multiple files.

1. Item upload approval of design department.
2. It should have name of the approver.
3. Item will only be enable if it is approved.
