While the datepicker is working in all php-served datefields, it doesn't trigger in e.g. page search or modeladmin search. This is especially a problem when the client is working with safari.

Is there any way to trigger the datepicker on lazy loaded forms?

I'm using this for DateField in a DataObject in Silverstripe 4 and I can't get it to save the selected date. If I pick a date and then save it, the field reverts to the previous date when the form reloads. Or an empty field, showing the placeholder, if the dataobject didn't have a date set for the field already.

Putting configuration in your site's config.yml doesn't override the module. I attempted to set default_datepicker_format to "yyyy-MM-DD" and it wouldn't take until I went into this module's config.yml and commented out the line in there.

Just installed it, but userforms still tries to use native html5 datepicker
