A fully functional Vehicle Number Plate Recognition system which involves two Android applications, one for vehicle owner and another for the operator. Features include registration of the vehicle owners (contact details and financial transaction details), payment transaction between vehicle owner and operator, and notify vehicle owners of a payment request with a push notification. The back end is programmed in Java and the front end is presented using XML. Firebase Database is used to store the data online.
