Add Onduis Analytics

Hello, we have want to suggest to add Onduis Analytics, as a privacy-focused web analytics.

Alternatives page isn't clear about "session-based tracking"

I think it's great that there is an alternatives page.

What I think would be even more welcome is a clear difference between stateless / sessionless tracking (things like Fathom) vs. things that require some sort of profile (read: even if this is an anonymous profile, by the fact of bucketing, anything that uses profiles requires consent as you will be able to deanonymize this) such as Matomo.

Under the current version of the GDPR collecting analytics without personal information (and thus without any form of profile-based collection, even if anonymous) can be done without consent as... it does not fall under GDPR, where any form of analytics collecting (and/or tracking) personal information (and thus those that build a profile, even if anonymous) do require a legal basis such as consent.

Add project about section on github.

I would suggest taking the this snippet from the readme;

"An open source project to store rulings for Google Analytics use by country."

Tech stack could be appended to the earlier qoute, since its very common:

"An open source project to store rulings for Google Analytics use by country. Powered by GatsbyJS and hosted on Netlify."

Add GoatCounter

Goatcounter is also a very minimal alternative to Google Analytics
