We want to use the postcss with the new Polymer (or webcomponents-like) templating system.

Polymer 3 will remove the <dom-module> and the <template> tags in favour of a plain HTML template. Because that change we can't rely anymore on the <dom-module> template to search the <postcss> tag.

The solution could be handle a simple HTML file in which are declared one or more <postcss> tags.

Remove .vscode folder from the repo

• fix devDependencies version numbers
• add .yarnrc and .npmrc files

When processing a source file the from property should be added in processOptions object (ref here) in order to show it in the log messages and use it for sourcemap generation.

This because we are no longer tied (apparently) to a specific template like the one used by Polymer 1.x and 2.x.

However we will lost the polymer word and so some search on Google and NPM by people that may search for Polymer and PostCSS.
