If a rule is matched and it uses a plumb open clause but the binary that is supposed to be run doesn't exist, we currently crash with a FileNotFoundError exception instead of handling it gracefully.

mario currently crashes on parse errors. It should exit gracefully and inform the user of the problem.

Implement a load verb for the plumb object for loading the contents of a file (passed as the argument) to memory. The file's contents should then be available as an object/variable.

All arguments of arg rewrite should support variable expansion.

Example:

data matches = https?://(.*).google.com/
arg rewrite = {data}
                  {0},maps   # the {0} doesn't currently doesn't get expanded

An argument should be added to plumb download in order to be able to specify the URL of the resource to be downloaded since it might not always be data.

The name plumb run makes much more sense since the clause is about running stuff.

The output of commands run with plumb run should be available as an object or variable so it can be further matched or passed to a new plumb run command (possible use: notifications).
