Would be great to have a version number tag to depend on.

The composer installation instructions should read

composer require polem/slack-notifier

instead of

composer require slack-notifier

How can i solve it?

is it possible to update the composer dependencies from:

"require": {
    "guzzle/guzzle": "~3",
    "symfony/serializer": "v2.4.2", 
    "symfony/console": "v2.4.2" 
}

to:

"require": {
    "guzzle/guzzle": "~3",
    "symfony/serializer": "v2.5.*", 
    "symfony/console": "v2.5.*" 
}

Is there anyway you could build this into laravel facade?

I don't completely understand the format at this point, but the new URL for incoming webhooks looks like this:

https://hooks.slack.com/services/<UNKNOWN CODE 1>/<UNKNOWN CODE 2>/<WEBHOOK TOKEN>

I'm not sure what codes 1 and 2 are, but they appear to be team and integration unique.
