this does not properly trigger events so that the old image keeps being used, even when it was overwritten

Diesel is outside the expected ItemIcons folder. Therefore it does not work at least for modpacks that have diesel icons (UILabel1.0)
- improve apps-script/index.html for small screen size
- add error handling to apps-script/fh-screenparse-sidebar.gs
- add google.script.run error handling to apps-script/main.js and disable insert button while parser is running

Collie crates can be stored in warden stockpiles, so we have to search for all items.
- Remove selector in html and js.
tesseract worker.min.js hoster has some delivery issues at times
4 misdetected as 1. Works after restarting the sidebar.

- dont add crate to ItemIcon when matching
