Change the name

The name bugs me.

"Hey, let's smash two ancient sounding words together and that'll be the name. Wow!"

Suggestions are welcome.

Add route for state

There will be an issue with city names that might have a country code AND state code associated with them. For example, if Munich, Delaware existed then it'd have the same path as Munich, Germany.

Unit Tests

Simple tests to verify expected behavior (would catch things like #2)

Moscow vs. Moscow

Theoretically, when requesting the time info for "Moscow," the larger Moscow (aka Russia) should be returned. Instead, at the moment, a US Moscow is being returned.
