XML Issues while running the power shell command to install the responsive javascript or css for Sharepoint2013 OnPremises about pnp-tools HOT 6 CLOSED

are the specific XML files in the same directory as the powershell scripts? Go to that directory via command line and execute the ps1 script. you get the same error?

Thanks for using the Responsive.UI sample. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the issue. I've just tested it against an on-premises SP2013. Just to double-check, do you have the latest version of the PowerShell cmdlets? Thanks.

is this issue already resolved for you and all good - or still experiencing challenges? We did do recently updates on the process around this and it should be all good. Will close up the issue for now, but you can reopen it, if there's still some things causing exceptions. thx for reporting these.
