Does exactly the same for the last linux binary recovered (8.1 for PM5), unpacked and launched.

I tested the linux binary yesterday and it was working fine, minus the extension_dir issue, which is fixed by doing this
The error suggests that the actions runner is letting OPcache link to Capstone, which is not part of the PHP build and is probably coincidentally available on the runner. It's supposed to fail if it links to any non-local libraries that aren't system libs, so I don't know why this wasn't detected.

The problem comes from here: php/php-src@617276d
Capstone probably isn't necessary for supporting JIT, but I guess it might be useful for debugging.
