The median correction does not take into account pixels that are saturated. Thus, the sensitivity of the filter is reduced. Saturated pixels should be ignored. Optionally, ignore also values outside of the mask if one has been set.

Some files in the repo are no longer used. Clean up and removed old, redundant code.

Current AVI export function cycles only through average frames. There needs to be an additional option so that AVI movies can cycle through all individual frames of all trials. See the Export_Intensity_vs_Time plugin for how to generate frames.
