Folder structure:

  • batch: Contains shell files for job submission for simulations. The batch files are structured by function.

  • simulation: Contains code for the simulation with an additional description document explaining the use of each file and how to replicate the results.

  • ukb_analysis: Contains code for UKB application. IMPORTANT: Data is not available. The data is not available; we have applied for it from a source (the UKBiobank) and interested parties can also apply to the same source

  • utils: Any functions used in the analysis. There is a separate description document in the utils folder, explaining the function of each file.

Each folder contains another README file explaining the files within the folder.
