BST Elem test cases are the same but different results

In the BST section for Elem, the test cases are given as:

?- elem(node(3,node(1,leaf,leaf),node(5,leaf,leaf)),2).
true.
?- elem(node(3,node(1,leaf,leaf),node(5,leaf,leaf)),2).
false.

It looks like those are the same queries with different results.

Typo in Greater/Less section of Readme

The "Greater, Less, GreaterEqual, LessEqual" section of the project 3 definition specifies that the functions take ints, but that if the expressions are not booleans, it should raise a type error.

I think this should be changed to "non-integer" rather than "non-boolean".
