We need to add a small delay to the home page to ensure it has finished loading completely.

Describe the bug

platform.sh changed the production branch to "main" from "master.
Still, the template only supports master. All other branches enforce dev settings.

html files are not allowed per .platform.app.yml so far.

Describe the bug

There is no sync between the ddev config and the .platform.app.yaml config which can lead to the two drifting and no longer be in sync. We should remove the .ddev directory and instead point the user to the Ddev+platformsh addon directions.
