It will be great if we can support more than one emulator per system, so we can choose in a UI if we want to change the default emulator per game.

Implement a toast manager to inform user about all the messages encountered in any background process

There is some games that have the following files:

• A.cue
• A.ccd
• A.img

and all extensions are considered to be a game on the list, the idea here is detect this cases and by precedence order, consider only one item for this case.
