I'm a queer web developer who cares a lot about crafting fantastic User eXperiences! I have a personal website I'm very proud of~ I'd love to make a living at this Web stuff by getting hired for a Frontend or Full-Stack Web Developer position (remote or San Francisco Bay Area), but I'm also accepting commissions for individuals who just want their own dream Firefox/Chrome extension on my Ko-Fi Services page.

Cache results

This takes 15s to load on one of my profiles (yes, it has way too many bookmarks and subfolders). It would be great if this would cache results on first run, with a button to manually reload said results.

Edit: It might also be nice if it kept your "display options", ie. which folders/subfolders are expanded.

Removal of right click folder - random bookmark

There is not efficient access to a random bookmark. Not even a hotkey to prompt open RandomBookmark from the toolbar. I've been an avid user for a good year or more now, please revert back to the capability of right-clicking on a specific folder.

Known issue: Won't work in Firefox 52 ESR without an about:config change

You'll need to change an advanced setting to get Random Bookmark From Folder working in Firefox 52 ESR, because otherwise the preferences storage that it expects to have available will be missing. Go to about:config and set webextensions.storage.sync.enabled to true. There are no known downsides to making this change.

Possible feature: Remembering already-chosen bookmarks

On rare occassion, I'll get a request that Random Bookmark From Folder be able to remember which bookmarks it's already opened, and not open them again. I'd like to gauge interest in this feature.

I'm thinking if I implement this, I'll make it a folder-specific setting, so you'd have to turn it on for each folder you want RBFF to track opened bookmarks for. I'll let you decide whether you want RBFF to remember every chosen bookmark, only the last n bookmarks, or the last n% of bookmarks. I'll also provide a way to reset remembered bookmarks for a given folder.
