Scoreboard does not work

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

The scoreboard does not work, it shows nothing
I have tried all of what my brain thinks, from editing the messages.yml file or removing some plugins but it still doesn't work
also this is my plugin list

This bug has occurred when I intalled this plugin to my server

I'm currently running version 1.1.4 with CraftBukkit 1.8.8

You cannot make any arenas

Spigot : Paper 1.8.8
