URL opening

When loading a URL from the command line, it seems to ignore it entirely.. This is regardless of how it's launched

May be related to this #1

Add updater

Add a complete unique updater separate from Chrlauncher the reason being that this tool downloads a completely different version of Ungoogled Chromium rather than the one from the official repo with it's own patches

Default browser

Add option to set UngoogledLauncher.exe as your default browser via a registry tweak

Old install move

Feature to check for old install and move it to the current folder

Launch command line broken

If the user chooses to use multiple command line options without the use of the user.ini file, it will ignore all but the first argument
