papyros-calculator's Introduction

Hi there 👋

Name's Pierre Jacquier (French for jackfruit), I currently work as a Technical PM at Torc Robotics, a US-based autonomous long-haul trucking company. With degrees in Mechanical Engineering plus a huge interest in software and cool tech, I'm working hard to reach a point of cross-functional understanding of products. Computationally curious, and it’s not up for debate.

papyros-calculator's Issues

How to compile on Windows ?

Environment: Windows 10 Pro, Qt 5.8, QML-Material 0.3. VS 2013.

Problem: compile-time falling into error: NMAKE: fatal error U1077:: returned code "0x1" (/OUT:debug\papyros-calculator.exe @C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Temp\nmF20D.tmp)

My actions:

  1. git clone https://github.com/pierremtb/papyros-calculator
  2. cd papyros-calculator
  3. https://github.com/papyros/qml-material.git material
  4. Use qml-material as described in "Per-project installation using git submodules and QMake"
  5. Сhanged version 0.1 to 0.3 for Material
  6. mkdir build
  7. cd build
  8. qmake ..
  9. jom

binaries

maybe you could move the binaries into a release, because when you clone the repo, you clone the binaries, and it takes some time 😢
