Hi,
I recently installed High Sierra (build A330h) on my Mac, and Parrot Status does not work anymore. The app itself launches, it does not crash and there are no errors in the syslog, but its icon won't load in the menu bar. Can't really gather more info than this, unfortunately.

Here is my problem :) I think it append when headphones are not connected you resize the windows with a small text message in it. But once I connect it again it's not resized and it miss the end of the windows, and I can't restart the app because the shutdown button is at the end ^^

First, thank you all for the interest in this parrot-zik-status, I originally wrote the app to learn swift and solve a problem. I did not imagine there would be this amount of interest (Most of my traffic comes from Reddit surprisingly)

Unfortunately, I do not have the headphones anymore and hence I cannot continue to support the app.

I am open to ideas and suggestions as to how to move forward.

I am in the Bay Area and we can maybe find an office space to meet up and hack together solutions. I am all for meeting new people and learning from them. This doesn't have to be limited to the Bay Area, you all can do the same wherever you are and send in pull requests. I am trying to find a positive with this situation.

Hi it's me again :)

Just thinking about something, it can be nice to have a preferences screen (when you click the gear icon) with this inside :

• Refresh every ... minutes (if we set 0 it refresh only when we open the window)
• Show battery level on status icon (don't compatible with refresh every 0 minutes of course ^^)
• Start auto on boot
• Hide/Show app icon on the doc

Don't know if all of this is possible but it will be cool ^^ when I have some time I'll look into your code to see how it works and if I can help :)

I found this to be prettier that the original parrot status. Just installed it, the status app launches, I connect to the zik, it flashes rapidly the "connected" and green icon but then it exists without any info being displayed.

So, before filling it as a bug, is it compatible with Original Zik?

Tested all releases, from the first alpha to the latest 0.46.1-alpha bugfix.

Iterface seems to run in dock and bar, not bar only.

It would be nice to be able to adjust the buffer/audio delay time. The mobile app allows the user to increase/decrease the delay for buffer. It would be nice to have the capability for altering this for different use cases like listening to music or live broadcasts or making calls

My application ParrotStatus won't launch if I have multiple peripheral devices plugged on my Mac.
Today, I've seen this bug while I was connecting my bluetooth mouse.
At the moment when I connect the mouse, ParrotStatus quitted, and won't start.
When I disconnect the mouse, ParrotStatus launched correctly, and re-crashed after synchronizing my mouse.

Hi there,
I've installed this tool on my mac, and turned on the airplane mode.
Since then I can't turn off the airplane mode, the bluetooth is not working anymore, and headphone is not detected by my smartphone and my mac (even when connected by cable).
Any idea about what's happening ?

This app is very cool ! Great job on it ! I love it ;) I can finally see my battery level on my Mac !

One things that can be improve in my opinion (just a small one). Is to have a confirmation popup when we click on shutdown button ^^

I'm running masOS Sierra 10.12.1, my Zik 1 headphone is connected to my mac, but ParrotStatus said it is disconnected

My Zik 1 headphone is running firmware version 1.10.0.

It can be useful to manage this functionality :) instead of going into BT -> Parrot -> disconnect/connect it will be quicker.

I'm thinking of a button in the status bar that will connect the headphone if it's not and disconnect it if it's connected.

The app is crashing in an non-Retina iMac 27" (2012) running macOS 10.12. It doesn't open even with all the GateKeeper safeties off.

I've attached the latest crash and log reports to the issue, just tell me if you need something else.
