Layout in photonfile is flipped from layout in FileMerger Window

The layout in the merged photonfile is flipped horizontally (if slices are viewed in landscape) from layout which the user specifies in the FileMerger Window.

Note: It is not that the layer images are mirrored along the short middle axis. The layout itself is mirrored.

Issue with Load and Save Buttons

Hello,

The Load and Save buttons for this do not work for me in Windows 10. Running Python 3.7.4

I've attached the error I am getting from the command prompt

RLE module not found

Running the PhotonFileMerger.py from Anaconda prompt on Win 10 x64.
RLE module not found. When I changed the compiled RLE dll file name to RLE.pyd there is a dll import error.
