Add issue templates for the bot.

Expected Behaviour

If the !components command can't find the component, it should return "I haven't seen that component name before."

Actual Behaviour

If the !components command can't find the component, it will return "I haven't seen that car name before."

1. Go into discord
2. Write !components some_component_name_which_doesn't_exists
3. Send

Show were the light is being used

Actual Behaviour

Gives a error when try to use it

An error occurred while running the command: ReferenceError: x is not defined

Change hard search to LIKE search for component names.
