The code that converts labelled vars to factor was being run on all variables, thus converting numerics to factors. This causes the continuous variables to be substituted by their ranks.

Fix is to move the call to as.numeric to before the factor transform.

Improve the model so that time-dependent covariates are accounted for

New direction:

• v02 should be the non-imputed analysis;
• the new model specification will be migrated to another report, as it addresses a different question
