The thing is I don't think the extension works at all on Android.
It's not only the option panel, it's also the code in the background.
I've started to look at the problem but it's not so easy to solve (and it takes a lot of time to debug...)

Sadly nothing to share.
I've started to work on it some times ago but it took too much time and required too much changes as shortly explained in my first message.
The first difficult part is to get and configure the virtual environment to debug (but this may have changed since).
The behavior in the background is really different and the user experience must be adapted.
Anyway I'm working on a new way to manage the tabs and it should be easier to adapt for Android.
