I need help, I need to find where all the commands for the console are written, can I use them in the game through the console? For example, a command through which I can buy a shield through the console, for my config, and I also really need commands that are tied to a panel that is called by pressing Shift + F2, I also need a command that can turn off the sound of a new message in the chat. How to compile this shit?
After compiling hammer and putting in the bin folder (in the csgo 2017) it doesn't launch

As I am still new to creating torrents, I realized I screwed up again with the torrent for the depots. I will link another one in this issue soon.
Could the depot files we need to compile be posted in the form of a torrent or a commit to this repo, it's not like this would be even more illegal (lmao).
These source code is provided to partners.
Valve removed the econ system from this source code. Compiled files can't be used for played normally.
Similarly, compared with src2007, these source code has removed many parts.
i see some portal-related files inside the game folder, does this mean this leak includes Portal 2 source too? or are they just leftovers
