Unit of measurement not being read correctly in HA

Hey,

First of all, wonderful write-up, this has been extremely helpful in figuring out how to add these necessary stats to HA.

I think the recent changes necessitate the addition of "device_class: water" to the config/firmware? See below:

      energy_delivered_lux:
        name: "Water Consumed"
        device_class: water
        unit_of_measurement: "m³"
        state_class: total_increasing

Otherwise HA refuses to add the sensor to the Energy tab.

Works out of the box now

I just got a meter and was going to look at getting water measurements working (fix upstream), turns out it currently already works? Tested in Gent, BE :)

I have these in my .yaml

    gas_delivered_be:
      name: "Gas Consumed Belgium"
    water_delivered:
      name: "Water Consumed"
      device_class: water
      unit_of_measurement: "m³"
      state_class: total_increasing

and my esphome build works and I see the data come in on MQTT
