jxplorer's Issues

Offer download over HTTPS

The only way to download the pre-build version of this tool from the website is over HTTP, not over HTTPS. This is fundamentally insecure and leaves you open to having your user's machine compromised by malicious code served to them during a MITM attack.

Jxplorer make wayland (and gnome) crash and get the user back to login screen

Hello,
On a fully updated ArchLinux, clicking on the "OK" button or "Cancel" when trying to connect to a ldap server make wayland (and thus gnome) crash and get the user back to the login screen.

Just before the crash, journactl print:

SSL Handshake exception while connecting any ldap instance

Hi Team,

i had been using (for past 1+ years) the jxplorer 3.3.1 in my machine, just recently my system got upgraded to some security patches from windows10. Since then i am getting an issue while connecting any ldap data. Below are the details mentioned,

javax.naming.CommunicationException: simple bind failed: localhost:5636 [Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No subject alternative DNS name matching localhost found.]

Please let me know what can be done to solve the issue.
