Analisar a Planilha/BD com as Ordens de Venda em Aberto, pegando os Preços de Venda, e buscar a Cotação em tempo real desta Ação, de modo a indicar quanto falta, seja Nominalmente, seja Percentualmente, para a Execução da Venda.

Podemos ainda fazer um Ranking de quais Ordens de Venda estão mais próximas de serem Executadas, e quais estão mais longe, elaborando uma lista.

Once a Stock would be bought, its fundamental indicators should be collected by Selenium and stored in an Entity at Database.

With this info, we can analyse if the fundamentals gets worse or better in the future, indicating if it its time to Sell this Stock.
