When multiple grids on page:

1. Alternate data (dataview) disappears ; and,
2. Primary dataview disappears when scrolling up after scrolling down.

If you select, say, 25 rows per page, and then go forward a page at a time, the values displayed in the totals row are incorrect.

Probably need to re-implement TotalsDataView to extend slick.dataview, such that TotalsDataView can then be sent as parameter too ALL components that require a DataView.

What license this library is this?
I'm expecting MIT license... ;)

How can this plugin be adapted to provide a column that provides a sum of column values?
Example: ,

1 2 3 4 10
2 3 4 5 14
...

not able to show total and also not able to register $.getScrollbarWidth() its always throw error function not found

Horizontal Scrollbar is under total plugins and not visible until resize column, this issue found when I trial many column, then I cannot find horizontal scrollbar until I resize column and the scrollbar is showing..
