The primary purpose for this is for metadata evaluation - print out the metadata tables with what's actually in the system so that there is something physical to mark up during evaluation.

Naomi tried to upload HADatAc on her mac following the wiki instructions. Everything is working until run HADatAc at the end. Then I get this error (see the attached image/screenshot of terminal window):
"UNRESOLVED DEPENDENCIES"

We need to include examples of the following:

1. CSV files (from Henrique)
2. CCSV files derived from (1) (from Henrique)
3. HASNetO spreadsheet example with the metadata for (2) (from Paulo)
4. HASNetO spreadsheet template (from Paulo)

We should have the option to start/stop/restart the solr instances for hadatac through the console.

Annotator is listing all deployments, not only active ones.

installation script needs to be adjusted due to project refactoring.

installation script should not run if associated solr instances are installed, and the uninstall script should be used to delete associated solr instances.

update script should update hadatac software without affecting associated solr instances

The start and stop buttons in Repository management are not working

Attempted to run the install script and the script failed to create the needed directories on the machine.

Attempted editing the install script to be specific for my computer and that still failed, might have something to do with file/folder permissions in El Capitan.

Modify the data loader to index location and elevation.

Integrate HASNetO-LOader into HADataC as a module (hadatac.hasneto.loader)

Create pagination for the measurement browser.

Only a subset of the instances are showing both in the metadata browser and the new deployment feature.

Adjust metadata layout (html and css) so that:

• infobox, canvas, option box and tabs are in static, never-overlapping places
• canvas content can be scrolled
• infobox content can be visualized with little scrolling, and ideally with no scrolling at all

For the metadata sets represented by hierarchies (Platform Models, Instrument Models, Detector Models, etc), indicate on the list view which ones are leaves. Nodes that are not leaves are higher-level concepts and will generally have less information; this is expected, but it should be clearer which nodes should not have empty fields.

The code that goes inside the info boxes are not reusable elsewhere. For instance, we need the info boxes to be reusable in the faceted search.

This repository needs organization in order to accommodate the coming modules, like hadatac-loader, hasneto-loader and so forth. Today, the root of the repository contains the root of the hadatac-console module. It should be moved to a directory.

HADataC-Console not showing measurements. Make it interact with the new measurement collection.

User session is timing out after 10 minutes of login. Needs to be refreshed at every user interaction with the website.

Keep track of the number of data points on data collections.

Add the CCSV Annotator code to the hadatac.annotator.ccsv folder.

Parametrize all access to Solr.

When annotating a file with timeseries measurements, the annotator does not add the time prefix to the preamble.

Can't index floating points values on them.

The following files should have their types changed:

• measurement collection
  -- value: from long to double
  -- elevation: from long to double

integrate measurement visualization into faceted measurement results

core hasneto concepts (vstoi.instrument, vstoi.platform, oboe.entity, oboe.characteristic) need to be loaded in the triple store at all time, and the console should help administrators to load these concepts in case they are unavailable.

The Namespaces have to be updated to include the current ontologies that we are working on, and comment out the old ontologies that are no longer being used

Verify the user error on the measurement browser.

Both Henrique and Paulo are trying to address the issue. Further help from Andrea Gazza may be needed.

Develop Data collection Browser.

HADataC-Loader (https://github.com/hansidm/hadatac-loader) and SOLR-HADataC (https://github.com/hansidm/solr-hadatac) needs to be move here and their repositories closed.

Solr5 in Mac does not start by itself and I also think it does not work for Windows as well

Most metadata browser info boxes do not show the URI of the resource been shown. Ideally, every info box would not only show the link but would be an actual href link pointing to the URI.

In the process of implementing these links, t would be nice to verify if uris used in the Jefferson Project's knowledge base are dereferenceable.

Review wiki installation instructions. Make Solr use HADataC location for collections.
